So, another book finds itself on top of my priority list or my one too many curiosities in print (despite my shelves seriously running out of space). It's all for the deluded cause of "for the love of art" or in other words a clever mélange of art and commerce and fashion by way of Bottega Veneta's The Art of Collaboration published by Rizzoli.
The cover with that ad campaign from 2010 done in collaboration with Robert Longo speaks greatly in significant unquantifiable ways which references his seminal work "Men in the Cities." It's a deeply meaningful work for me and other than that, there's other things stirs my curiosity from the collaborations by Tomas Maier which includes the likes of Nan Goldin, Ryan McGinley, Alex Prager, to name a few... over the years.
