So, I indulge myself further by sharing with you more of the people I'd love to meet. And I'm starting with someone I really, really, really am so inspired by these days.... Sunny Suits!
1. Sunny Suits. She’s obviously one of my favourite artists/photographers lately and in the usual giancinéphile fashion, I rather am quite consumed by the reality of wanting to meet in person those individuals who inspire me a lot.
2. Charlotte Rampling. She's undeniably timeless!
3. Beatrice Dalle.
4. Keren Ann. Her songs really speak to me and other than that, she's quite the lyrical genius for me.
5. Matthias Vriens-McGrath.
6. Kristen McMenamy. I think she’s quite the definition of the supermodel for me. It's not Linda or Christy!
7. J.M. Coetzee. I’d just like to let him know that one of the most important moments of my sensible adult life was reading his nonfiction entitled Stranger Shores.
8. Nicolas Bourriaud.

overture
The title of the blog may sound like a poor reference to a novel by J.M. Coetzee. Well, it doesn't shy away from that... vraiment! Giancinéphile, or better known as my online alter-ego passes itself as my own stimulated reality on the web filling the air with my cinéphilie, a so-called flare for men's fashion (alongside my love for such a thing called aesthetics), tones brought about by things I've been reading here and there, moods often stimulated by things I listen to and just like every pretentious jeune homme on the block, I shall say I'm quite fond of contemporary art. And whatever is there left to say, I try to take photos as much as I can... trying to get them around.
