Another Day for Steve

So, aujourd'hui is more likely to become another unproductive day as the unbearable chaleur plaguing Manille for the past two weeks or so. The weather will most likely keep me to limit my actions to such things as lying down in bed all day or reclining on a sofa and cooling myself down with glasses of cold water unless temperatures drop to 24℃. Meanwhile, I think that at this point, it is rather productive admiring at this image of Steve McQueen. He never fails to inspire me and even if wearing a denim jacket with a pair of jeans would easily spell something d'une autre époque (autrement dit... démodé), the idea would. I could proudly say, it was all for Steve McQueen. This rather reminds me of my amusement reading Just Kids when Patti Smith talks about pretending to smoke (as she is not a smoker), and claims that it was all for Jeanne Moreau. Alors I guess my case is a rather worthwhile one, non?
