Underground design collective Bless seems to have something far more fascinating up their sleeves as their automne-hiver 2009 presentation couldn't get more in the now as this one. The collection manifests the irrelevance of gender difference. According to them, Bless creates clothes that fits everyone's needs. And that includes the three genders which includes even things. That in itself is a radical nod to how clothes are characterised by being masculine or feminine.
Furthermore, what the clothes drive themselves into is an interesting mix of elements that evoke eclectism. The textural details, the printed tees, the slouchy silhouettes, knit elements all add up to a look that's very street and contemporary. At the end of it all, I really do adore the certain kind geekiness and unpretentiousness of these clothes. A particular piece that's already haunting me is that nomadic looking jacket above (the last look) with furry details.
