Every time I get a chance to shop under the permission of my
limited funds, I kind of have put shoes as top priority every time I make a new
fashion purchase since bags (the ones I want that is) are off the budge.
For now, I should consider more purchases of dressier shoes. Anything that is not leather often has the fate of getting grimed up easily or I end up using them just a few times to maintain their pristine condition and they will endure a looooooooooooooong shelf life. Moving on, English shoes would be top priority if I want something that’s more of a shoe that stands the test of time. I’m eyeing to at least own a pair of Church’s and Ducker & Son shoes. Other than that, I'm feeling that my preferences are in some ways maturing. In the holy grail of men's shoes, the ultimate luxury would perhaps be a Berluti! If the women have Louboutins or Blahniks then we guys have Berluti. If you are well aware of the brand, a pair averages from $ 1000 up. It’s definitely not your average pair of shoes for men for they could cost you at least 2 pairs of your typical designer ones. Another one, I’m eyeing is a pair from Italian luxury firm, Valextra. Wouldn’t it be nice to make purchases that are more on pampering yourself with the ultimate in luxury rather than just merely getting along with the tendances of the current season.
